The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025; it is therefore no longer linked here. For disputes arising from consumer contracts concluded online with a company established in Austria, the Austrian Internet Ombudsman (ÖIAT) is competent: Ungargasse 64–66/3/404, 1030 Vienna, www.ombudsstelle.at. We are not obliged, and as a matter of principle not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
